Savio Joseph is in residency at Hotel X Toronto. One weekend a month, two shows a night, fifty-six seats a show.

Savio Joseph is a corporate mentalist and a Canada’s Got Talent finalist. Most of the year he reads rooms for banks, sports empires and tech companies. One weekend a month, he keeps the room to fifty-six and works close.

The evening
Check-in opens an hour before your show, and seats are assigned in the order people check in. Take your keepsake ticket, then have dinner or a drink in the hotel. Seating starts fifteen minutes before curtain, and your seats wait for you. The show runs sixty-five minutes, straight through. No intermission.

Good to know

• Where. Hotel X Toronto, 111 Princes’ Blvd, Exhibition Place. The show plays the main floor.
• Parking. On site at the hotel: underground self-parking and valet, both paid.
• When. Check-in from an hour before curtain. Runtime 65 minutes.
• Dinner and drinks. Restaurants in the tower for dinner before the show, and a rooftop bar with skyline views after. It runs late, both shows.
• Make a weekend of it. A guest rate at Hotel X for show nights, available to book until September 1. Book the show-night rate. Details also arrive with your ticket confirmation.
• Seating. General admission is assigned at check-in, first come, first served, marked on a map of the room. The Inner Six is the reserved front row, held before check-in even opens, with a hello with Savio after the show.
• Will I be part of the show? Only if you raise your hand. Participation is invited, never forced. Watching closely is a full ticket’s worth.
• Age. Not strictly 18 and over, but not a children’s show. Twelve and up is the right room.
• Dress. Nothing enforced. Most guests come dressed to impress and make a night of it.
• Sold out night? Seats occasionally come back, and the waitlist hears first.
